Volunteer

We have numerous volunteer positions to help with.

Visiting Service Volunteer - we are always looking for warm, friendly people keen to chat and spend time with elderly people. Ideally having time for at least an hour per week on a regular basis.

Shopping Service volunteers- we are always on the lookout for volunteers to assist people with their supermarket shopping. Ideally they would pick up the client, go shopping with them and take them home to help unload.

Events Support-from time to time we hold events like our EXPO and Garden Parties where we need extra bodies to assist and we use our volunteers to support these events.

Volunteers are a great help to us. Anyone who is interested in volunteering part-time or full-time, permanently or temporarily should contact us on the website or call us at 07 347 1539. Your contribution is really valuable to us. As a volunteer you will be trained and have a police check and referee check.

Social Activities

We organize activities and events to help those who need healthy social contact. Our volunteers provide a positive and stimulating environment that encourages participation and creates renewed confidence, happiness and lasting relationships with both our volunteers and our elderly.
